Terms and Conditions
 
 
1. 50% Deposit on Booking.  
2. Charter Agreement to be signed by the Charterer and Yacht Representative at time of Booking.
3. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of Charter, Plus Evening Meals required and fuel costs of approximately 1,500 pounds per week. This will be calculated at end of cruise and balance either returned or extra paid before disembarkment.
4. Inclusive of Captain, Mate and Hostess.
5. Deck shoes or barefeet only on deck.
6. Soft collapsible luggage holdalls for easy stowage.
7. No self-tanning sun creams or accelerators to be used on board.
8. If special dietary needs are required advanced notice must be given.
9. No Smoking on board Misty Blue.
